Request to establish a legal record of a major subdivision.

Approval of a minor subdivision, lot split, or lot consolidation involving four (4) or fewer lots and of limited scope. No change in ROW, easements, or public land involved. A preliminary plat is not required.

Special Activities

For public and private events that will include large amounts of people that may interfere with the normal flow or regulation of pedestrian or vehicular traffic or parking, impair first responders’ ability to respond to calls, or require special city services including but not limited to barricades (street closures), refuse services, stages, special parking arrangements, or special police services/protection, fireworks, vendors, loud music, food trucks, bonfires, etc.

Tree and Landscaping

A Tree Preservation Plan and/or Landscaping Plan supplementary permit is required for construction and demolition permits and/or prior to planting or removing trees in the City right-of-way.

A supplemental Tree and Landscaping Permit is required when:
• construction and demolition permits where trees are located on the property
• making changes to an approved landscape or tree preservation plan
• removing a protected tree on private property or in the right-of-way.
To determine if the tree you’d like to remove is a protected tree and additional requirements for a Tree and Landscaping Permit see Section 26.21.5 of the City’s Code.
