The One Stop Application website allows citizens to apply for permits, licenses, and projects, as well as file a complaint with code enforcement and schedule inspections. It also allows citizens to track and search for permits, licenses, planning projects, and code enforcement violations.

You can save travel and waiting time by filing for permits and licenses online and checking your application’s status any time of day or night. You can also pay permit and license fees online, and download and print your own building permits and other documents.
If you need immediate action on a permit application, or if you have a complicated special event or are not sure what is required for the project you’re planning, it may still be better to come in-person for guidance. You can also call City Staff at 314-729-4700 to ask questions.
